Cindy Lou Jacobs

Cindy Lou Jacobs, 55, of Harrisburg passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 at home surrounded by family.

Born on November 24, 1970 in Harrisburg, she was preceded in death by her parents Mary Lou (Leeper) and Charles Pearl.

She dedicated 17 years of service to Rohrer Bus Service for Lower Dauphin School District, where her commitment and reliability left a lasting impression on colleagues and passengers alike.  Cindy had a deep love for animals and children and found joy in the simple pleasures of life.  She cherished time spent with family and embraced the outdoors with enthusiasm, whether camping under the stars or exploring nature.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Charles Fidler, IV; her son, Joshua Jacobs; her daughters, Melinda Fidler and Mandy Fidler; and her brothers, Robert Leeper (Jill) and Harold Jacobs (Nicole).

Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.  May her spirit continue to inspire moments of connection with nature and family.

A Celebration of Life Reception will be held from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the West Hanover Community Center, 628 Walnut Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
